To secure your booking, a signed Order/Invoice form, which will be sent to you, must be returned along with your deposit. This ensures that the hire items are reserved and that the event date is secured

Once your deposit has been received, the booked date will be yours. You have 4 weeks thereafter to cancel your booking and your deposit will be refunded in full. After this time, your deposit is non-refundable

Your full balance payment is due on the date shown on your invoice. Without this payment being made, your booking will be cancelled. This is the date by which we must receive your final numbers and no refund will be made, should you cancel on or after this date or if your numbers go down.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that we are made aware of any increase in numbers and/or changes to the hire requirements.

The client is responsible for any loss or damage to the hired goods from receipt of delivery until collection. Something Borrowed Hire, reserve the right to charge a damage deposit of £50.00. This is fully refundable subject to all hire goods being returned in acceptable condition. Any losses or damages which exceed the damage deposit must be paid for by the client. Light soiling is acceptable. However, permanent stains or damages may be charged accordingly
