To secure your booking, a signed Order/Invoice form, which will be sent to you, must be returned along with your deposit. This ensures that the hire items are reserved and that the event date is secured

A deposit of 30% of the total hire cost is required at time of booking

Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event. Without this payment being made, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit cannot be refunded

The client must confirm final guest numbers with us a minimum of 14 days before the event. Any request for an increase in numbers of hire items after this time will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

The client is responsible for any loss or damage to the hired goods from receipt of delivery until collection. A damage deposit of £50.00 is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable subject to all hire goods being returned in acceptable condition. Any losses or damages which exceed the damage deposit must be paid for by the client. Light soiling is acceptable. However, permanent stains or damages may be charged accordingly

Hired goods remain the property of Something Borrowed at all times.

If a Chair cover sample is required it will be charged for at £10 which will be deducted from your order value upon return.
