Will the chair covers fit my chairs?
Our covers fit the majority of banquet chairs, and in many cases we will know your venue and chair measurements. However, if not we will liaise with your venue to check this.
Will we have to fit the covers Ourselves?.
Our hire charge is fully inclusive so that you don't have to worry about anything. We deliver, fit and collect the chair covers and sashes
Do we have to wash the linen before we return it?
No you do not, we will collect and clean the linen

We can supply all aspects of your venue and table dressing - please contact us for details
If we hire table decorations from you, who dresses the tables?
We will always dress your table for you providing that your chosen venue permits this. This is included in our hire price
Can hired items be delivered and the venue dressed before the day of the event?
Yes, we can do this the day before your event, providing your venue has no objections, i.e. they have prior bookings
Do we have to pay for samples?
Yes samples of chair covers are charged at £10 and credited upon return if they have not been damaged, you will also need to pay for the return postage.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes a booking deposit of 30% of your order value will be required at time of booking, This will be deducted from your final invoice. A damage deposit of £50 is also required which is payable upon booking and fully refundable upon all items being returned in acceptable condition
